Oltre alle soluzioni per tinto in capo, prima cuci e poi tingi, un tema importante e di attualità della produzione ampiamente illustrato nel nuovo depliant Assistenza & Tecnica, saranno presentati il nuovo filato cucirino superelastico Sabaflex, tre volte più elastico dei comuni filati cucirini, e molti altri prodotti innovativi:

Saba Multicolour – AMANN porta tanto colore nella confezione dell’abbigliamento con la qualità e l’affidabilità di SABA. I filati cucirini sono un elemento decorativo nelle cuciture ornamentali e di contrasto su jeans, file di bottoni, impunture in vita, barrette o asole.

Filati cucirini e da ricamo metallizzati – Per cucito e ricamo AMANN presenta i filati nei colori moda argento, oro e bronzo anche nei titoli grossi, nonché le gamme New e Fashion per nuovi effetti cromatici raffinati.

Isacord Multicolour – Ackermann – Il nuovo e brillante filato da ricamo multicolore in poliestere dalla sezione trilobale sostituisce il precedente filato da ricamo multicolore ottenuto dalla viscosa. Isacord Multicolour sopporta i trattamenti al cloro ed è più resistente allo sfregamento perciò risulta ideale per jeans e abbigliamento da lavoro.

Serabraid – La nuova linea di filati intrecciati. I filati intrecciati sono sempre più usati nelle calzature, nella pelletteria e nei mobili imbottiti per dare risalto alle cuciture decorative. I nuovi filati intrecciati di multifilamenti in poliestere risultano al tatto piacevoli e voluminosi.

Novità TechX – Il filato cucirino Tenara, estremamente resistente ai raggi UV, beneficia di una nuova tecnologia avanzata delle fibre. L’attuale resistenza alla rottura è mantenuta utilizzando delle fibre con sezioni trasversali notevolmente più sottili a vantaggio dei produttori di tende solari, vele e capote per automobili. Inoltre la gamma standard di prodotti per applicazioni speciali nei settori tecnici comprende filati in Kevlar e Nomex e altri materiali innovativi come polietereterechetone (PEEK), Dolanit® e multifilamenti in poliammide ritorti con un componente inox per la dispersione e la conduzione di cariche elettriche.

Novità AMANN per l’assistenza tecnica per il cucito – Il materiale ausiliare e i manuali AMANN di assistenza tecnica per un supporto pratico ai processi di produzione sono molto richiesti. Il software NBE per calcolare con precisione il fabbisogno di filato cucirino è un valido esempio. Alla fiera Samab sarà presentata la nuova versione aggiornata. Inoltre sarà disponibile la seconda parte del manuale istruttivo tascabile Focus. La prima parte era dedicata a produzione, costruzione, materie prime, confezioni e caratteristiche dei vari tipi di filati cucirini. La seconda parte tratta dei processi di cucitura e ricamo fornendo esempi pratici per tutti i settori dell’industria della confezione.

This includes solutions for garment dyeing - sew first, dye later - an important and up-to-date issue in production, which is explained in detail in a completely new Service & Technik brochure. There is the new, super-elastic sewing thread Sabaflex, which has about three times more elasticity than normal sewing threads, besides a number of great, new products:

Saba Multicolour - AMANN brings a lot of colour into garment production, in proven and tested Saba quality. The sewing threads are a decorative element in ornamental and contrast seams - on jeans, button strips, waist stitching, bars or buttonholes.

Metallic sewing and embroidery threads - For both product fields, sewing and embroidery, AMANN presents threads in the trend colours silver, gold and bronze also in coarse counts as well as the lines New and Fashion for new, refined chromatic effects.

Isacord Multicolour – Ackermann - The new multi-colour embroidery thread is made of high-gloss trilobal polyester, in substitution of the earlier multi-colour embroidery thread, in which the raw material was based on viscose. Isacord Multicolour is chlorine-fast and features much better resistance to abrasion making it ideal for jeans and work wear.

Serabraid, the new braided thread line - Braided threads are increasingly being used in the shoe and leather industry and for upholstery in decorative seams to which they give a more distinctive look. The new braided threads made of polyester multifilament have a voluminous and luxurious touch.

TechX news - The extremely durable UV-resistant sewing thread Tenara benefits from new advanced fibre technology: Existing breaking strength can be maintained using fibres with significantly finer cross-sections - this results in advantages for producers of awnings, sails, and convertible tops for cars. Moreover the standard range of products for special applications in the technical sectors includes sewing threads made of Kevlar and Nomex as well as other innovative materials such as polyetheretherketone (PEEK), Dolanit® and continuous filament polyamide combined with inox for the dispersion and conduction of electrical charges.

AMANN Technical Sewing Service News - The aids and manuals of the AMANN Technical Sewing Service for practical support in production processes are in great demand. The NBE software for making precise calculations of sewing thread requirements is an example and has already proven its value. A new updated version will be on demonstration at the Samab. The second part of the handy, instruction manual, Focus, will be on offer. The first part was dedicated to production, construction, raw material, make-up and characteristics of the various types of sewing thread. The second part deals with sewing and embroidery processes providing practical examples for all sectors of the sewing industry.
